No. A leaning pole is being held up by the service line, which is the reverse of how it should work, and in wet ground it can go over with no further wind. Keep people and vehicles away from the base and the span and call us. A lean usually means the butt has already failed below the surface.

Repeat damage usually means the installation is the problem, not the weather. Depending on the block, the answer may be a stronger pole and hardware, a shorter or re-routed span, or removing the overhead run entirely with an overhead to underground conversion.
