Plenty of storm faults do not show from the ground — a cracked cross arm, a service cable arcing inside its sheath, or a point of attachment part-way out of the fascia. A Level 2 inspection will find it quickly. If the fault turns out to be on Endeavour's side of the point of supply we will tell you rather than charging you for work you do not need.
