The pole looks fine but we have no power. What is likely wrong?
Usually a connection fault rather than the pole. A pulled service cable, a shifted point of attachment or burnt terminations at the pole top will cut supply with nothing visible from the ground. If your neighbours and the street lights are fine, the problem is on your side of the network and a Level 2 ASP can attend and restore it.
We have been issued a defect notice. Can you handle it?
Yes. A defect notice gives a rectification deadline and supply can be disconnected if it passes, so it is not something to leave. Send us the notice and we will carry out the defect rectification and notify Endeavour that the work is complete.
